Jean Arnold has been practicing law for over 30 years -- specializing in mechanic lien and construction law. Her firm represents many of you in protecting your lien rights on construction projects. Jean will be covering the intricacies of Colorado’s Mechanic Lien laws and Public Project claims and laws. Also included will be utilizing the internet to develop information for filing Mechanic Liens and Public Project Claims. Jean is a partner in the law firm of Arnold & Arnold, LLP and is a frequent lecturer and instructor for various trade associations on the topics of Construction Law and Contracts, Mechanic’s Liens, Negotiation Strategy, and Commercial Collections.
