Also included will be utilizing the internet to develop information for filing Mechanic Liens and Public Project Claims. Jean is a partner in the law firm of Arnold & Arnold, LLP and is a frequent lecturer and instructor for various trade associations on the topics of Construction Law and Contracts, Mechanic’s Liens, Negotiation Strategy, and Commercial Collections.
