OSHA Training - September 20th

The Top 10 OSHA Safety Violations and How to Avoid Them

  • WHEN: Wednesday, September 20th, 2017
  • WHERE: MSLBMDA Office Conference Room – 8480 E. Orchard Rd. Suite 3000
  • COST: $65 / per person (includes lunch). $50 Webinar Only.
  • PRESENTED BY: Robert Uhler, OSHA Certified Consultant

When it comes to OSHA, company size doesn't matter - whether you're a small company or a multi- location dealer, OSHA may pay you a visit. We want to make sure that when they do darken your doorstep, that you are prepared for their inspections!

Companies within the LBM industry are a prime target for OSHA inspections. The infractions and rules are fluid and difficult to keep up with. Most recently, the fines able to be levied for a forklift driver not wearing a seatbelt while operating his forklift is up to $7500.00 per occurrence!

Safety may seem like common sense, but the experiences of OSHA-certified consultant Robert Uhler prove that companies with even the most meticulous safety programs have hidden hazards! Learn how to avoid OSHA fines, and to keep your associates safe!

Robert Uhler has completed numerous safety inspections and mock OSHA audits, taken thousands of pictures and coached companies on how to best comply with OSHA regulations. He has saved companies thousands of dollars by correcting OSHA safety violations before OSHA auditors find them!

MSLBMDA is hosting a lunch and learn on September 20th, 2017, from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the MSLBMA office. Robert will be presenting a program entitled the Top 10 OSHA Safely Violations and What You Can Do to Avoid Them. For our members outside of the Denver area, a webinar will be available for your convenience.

In addition, Robert will be in the Denver area from September 20th - September 21st, conducting yard walks and safety audits for our members. He will walk your locations, looking for potential OSHA violations, and work with you to help correct these issues before they become a safety hazard for your employees and an OSHA compliance risk for your company. Space is limited for these yard audits, so please contact Brenda Tomasello @ This email address is being protected from spambots.
